2 weeks agoFirst time visit, surprises me! Amazing sushi and BBQ! The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious. The quality really stood out, and the service was great as well. We had a wonderful dining experience and can't wait to come back for another visit. Highly recommended!

a month agoI’m so glad I found this new location! I came in with my mom yesterday for an early Mother’s Day dinner and she had an amazing time. We drove all the way from Hanover County to try this new sushi place and it was definitely worth the 50 minute drive. Honestly the number one sushi place in all of VA we’ve tried, added on with caring staffs and the worth it pricing. I recommend this place for anyone that’s interested in sushi and wanting to try something new, most likely coming back with more people!

2 months agoWe were in the city at the time, sitting in our room and aimlessly scrolling through TikTok. Then, this restaurant popped up on my recommendations feed. We immediately hopped in the car and practically sprinted—rather than just walking—over to this place, which boasts a wide variety of sushi, a clean and tidy setting, and a lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly; we really hit it off with our server. The food also arrived very quickly. The restaurant even offers a buffet and a dessert bar with an extensive selection. As for the price? It was absolutely excellent value for money.

2 months agoThe food is fresh, made to order and full of authentic flavors. Every single dish I tried landed on my taste buds in all the right places. Absolutely delicious! Bonus: the tea is freshly brewed. The price was worth the portions. They also offer a buffet. The attention to aesthetic decor and lighting added to the ambiance of the experience.

2 months agoThey just opened not long ago... the food was great it all tasted fresh and the sushi rolls had their own little spin on it. I liked that they offered a hot bar for a few selections. I did not get pics of that sadly but I did of the sushi we had the green mountain was my favorite by far as I love avocado with my sushi! The waitress was a sweet girl making her way through college she is a cadet and was always wanting to make sure we were good to go! I loom forward to our next visit

2 months agoJack was such a great server, we loved him! Beautiful building and food was amazing. I love ayce spots because you get to try so many things but I also hate it because I want to try EVERYTHING and don't have enough space for it. Absolutely will be back to try more :) Black Dragon Roll (3rd picture), Samurai Roll (4th picture and MY FAVE), Dragon Roll, Godzilla Roll and Jersey Devil Roll (2nd picture) were all delicious. Sashimi (1st picture) was amazing and presented so beautifully, it felt like I was destroying artwork by eating it. Squid yakitori amazing. Can't wait to come back

2 months agoReally beautiful venue. The food was perfect and the service was outstanding. I went for lunch yesterday and was completely blown away. One of the greatest deals I’ve seen for sushi/habachi/drinks and everything was 10/10. I often enjoy japanese cuisine and they really blew lots of local competition away so easily. I’ll be back very soon

2 months agoThis new sushi spot is already one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in a while. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between modern and inviting—clean lines, warm lighting, and just enough energy to feel lively without being overwhelming. The fish is clearly the star here. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, The chef’s attention to detail really comes through, especially in their specialty rolls, which manage to be creative without feeling overcomplicated. Service was equally impressive. The staff were attentive without hovering, happy to make recommendations, and knowledgeable about the menu. It felt like they genuinely cared about making the experience enjoyable rather than just efficient. Overall, this restaurant sets a high bar right out of the gate.
